• If the product is installed, operated, and maintained according to the provided instructions and fails to meet the specified warranty coverage, NewAge will replace the defective product or parts.

• The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with any replacement product or parts.

Limitations and Disclaimers:

• NewAge's warranty is limited to product replacement only.

• NewAge is not liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages.

Conditions:

• The limited warranty applies only to the initial purchaser and is not transferable.

Return Policy

Here are the key details of the return policy:

• Approval Required: All returns are subject to approval by NewAge Products. Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original received condition may be denied return approval.

• Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Return Period: No returns will be accepted after 120 days from the date of receiving the order.

• Set or Bundle Components: Returns will not be accepted for individual components purchased as part of a set or bundle.

• Packaging for Return: Products being returned must be appropriately packaged for pickup and ideally secured on a pallet.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used for the purchase.

This email signifies that your order has been received in our system, and we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If, for any reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email. However, if your selected item(s) are readily available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will proceed to process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

For in-stock items, once we process the charges to your credit card, your order will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. You can expect tracking information to be sent to the email address you provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
