Auto Lift Freight Delivery Information
Your auto lift ships via LTL common carrier freight and will be delivered to your location on a 48-foot semi-truck. Please review the following important information before placing your order:
-
You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The freight driver is not responsible for unloading the lift.
-
Lift-gate delivery is not available for auto lifts.
-
Auto lifts cannot be unloaded by hand. You must have equipment capable of safely lifting the full weight of your lift from the truck. Suitable equipment may include a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe.
-
If you are unable to unload the lift at your location, we can arrange shipment to the nearest freight terminal operated by the carrier. You will then be responsible for picking up the lift using an appropriate trailer or moving van.
-
You are responsible for contacting the freight carrier to schedule your delivery appointment. Delivery appointments are arranged directly with the carrier because they will need to coordinate with your schedule.
-
Free shipping exclusions: Free shipping does not include deliveries to government-secured locations, state or national parks, construction sites, islands, Alaska, or Hawaii. Additional freight charges may apply to these locations.
Tracking & Delivery Time
Once your lift ships, we will email you the freight carrier information and tracking number.
Please note that freight shipping takes longer than standard small-package shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location and the freight carrier's schedule.
Please be patient while your lift is in transit. Freight delivery times can vary due to carrier schedules, terminal transfers, weather, and other factors outside of our control.
